Marketing Operations Coordinator — Alpharetta Hybrid

Coordinate budgets, vendors, contracts, inventory, marketing systems, and departmental operations. Help build scalable processes and support cross-functional projects at Kuros Biosciences.

Description

  • Coordinate daily Marketing activities and act as an operational resource for the department
  • Manage purchase orders, D365 invoice processing, and departmental budget tracking in VENA
  • Maintain budget records and assist Finance partners with reconciliation and reporting
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and keep vendor records current
  • Administer TalentLMS distributor records by auditing names and specialties, adding users, and maintaining required training assignments
  • Support consulting contract administration and routing through LinkSquares
  • Maintain the Marketing calendar and coordinate departmental deadlines, initiatives, and deliverables
  • Manage promotional inventory, branded merchandise, printed materials, and other Marketing assets
  • Coordinate shipping and fulfillment for Marketing materials and departmental supplies
  • Support Marketing P Card reconciliation and expense administration through Concur
  • Maintain departmental documentation, shared resources, standard operating procedures, and process materials
  • Support the implementation, contracting, and administration of Marketing technologies and operational tools, including HighSpot, HubSpot, Monday.com, SurveyMonkey, TalentLMS, Synthesia, and Canva
  • Coordinate departmental meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up activities
  • Identify workflow improvements with Marketing colleagues to increase departmental efficiency
  • Support special projects and evolving Marketing and events initiatives

  • May require lifting and carrying items weighing 50 pounds or more, depending on the role
  • Some roles may require operating a motor vehicle for extended periods and maintaining a valid driver's license
