Description
- Help conceive, design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models for real-world deployment
- Contribute throughout the full model development lifecycle
- Advance model performance through new architectures and training techniques
- Define and maintain rigorous evaluation protocols
- Develop approaches for efficient model training and inference
- Build research software that enables rapid experimentation and validation
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the complete machine learning research process
- Solid software engineering fundamentals
- Advanced Python skills and experience with machine learning frameworks
- Hands-on experience across the AI model development lifecycle
- Experience using machine learning infrastructure frameworks and tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop new machine learning methods, algorithms, and models
- Experience with GPUs or TPUs and distributed training systems
- Experience scaling models and training configurations
- Knowledge of classical machine learning methods and algorithms
- Strong knowledge of deep learning techniques
- Specialization in architecture research, distillation, evaluation, code generation, LLMs, or another relevant listed area is a significant advantage
- Experience with foundation models such as LLMs is desirable
- Published research in AI conferences is desirable
- Open-source contributions to machine learning projects are desirable
- Experience with tabular data or predictive analytics is desirable
- A strong Kaggle ranking is desirable
