Description

  • Shape multimillion-dollar consulting opportunities through deal strategy, proposals, and executive presentations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams delivering large-scale business and supply chain transformations, digitization, and technology and AI implementations.
  • Expand Genpact’s semiconductor practice by mentoring junior consultants and developing methods, offerings, and frameworks.
  • Publish research on global supply chain resilience and geopolitical and export control challenges.
  • Advise COOs and CSCOs at global semiconductor companies.
  • Set the strategic direction for industry advisory services.
  • Research markets, assess competitors, and interpret data.
  • Turn business challenges into practical insights and recommendations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives and business improvements.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and advisory materials for clients and stakeholders.
  • Work with clients and partners to gather requirements and align project goals.
  • Apply data analytics and industry research to strengthen advisory services.
  • Track industry developments, emerging technologies, and established practices.
  • Support compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and governance requirements.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge across the team.

Requirements

  • Bring a strong semiconductor background, including expertise in fab and fabless segments.
  • Have experience in supply chain management, consulting, and the semiconductor industry.
  • Understand end-to-end supply chain management, including S&OP, inventory management, and IBP.
  • Have experience implementing supply chain planning tools.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or finance, or a master’s degree in business administration or business analytics.
  • Have English proficiency at C2 level.
  • Relevant skills include artificial intelligence, banking and capital markets, bank risk management, business banking and consulting, client relations, commercial modeling, critical thinking, electronic hardware, executive presence, generative AI, industrial manufacturing processes, insurance, life sciences, media and communications, pharmaceuticals, property and casualty insurance, retail banking and products, risk analytics, and semiconductors.
  • Certifications listed include CBAP, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, and Tableau Desktop Specialist.
