Lead Client Solutions Executive - AT&T (Bloomington, MN)

Lead complex telecom sales for AT&T by managing strategic accounts, developing network solutions, responding to RFPs, and expanding revenue. The role combines client-site engagement, technical consultation, and sales leadership.

Description

  • Grow revenue through strategic account management, new business development, and delivery of AT&T products, services, and solutions
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients
  • Assess customer needs and apply consultative selling techniques to secure satisfied, loyal customers
  • Present customized solutions to clients
  • Create and execute sales strategies that win new business and expand or retain existing accounts
  • Achieve or surpass assigned revenue goals
  • Track market conditions, competitors, and industry developments to uncover opportunities
  • Prepare comprehensive RFP responses that reflect customer requirements and AT&T capabilities
  • Help resolve customer disputes and account discrepancies
  • Address billing, installation, and other service-related concerns
  • Lead large, complex sales with limited supervision
  • Manage sales territories or quotas above the typical level
  • Apply advanced analysis and problem-solving to sales challenges
  • Launch new products, conduct training, and mentor team members
  • Meet customers and conduct sales activities at their locations
  • Discuss proposed solutions and sales opportunities with customers by phone, teleconference, and email
  • Travel to customer premises for sales engagements
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on technical sales matters
  • Recommend products based on customers’ technical requirements
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and bids covering pricing, strategy, and recommended solutions
  • Collaborate with AT&T external partners, including design and engineering teams, to research and develop solutions
  • Analyze customer businesses and industries to identify additional sales opportunities

Requirements

  • At least eight years of relevant sales experience
  • Sales experience gained within the last two years
  • Knowledge of and experience selling wireless, wired, IoT, AQ, and related solutions
  • Documented success identifying, developing, and closing opportunities within large, complex accounts
  • Ability to understand and deliver complex network solutions in partnership with clients and internal teams
  • Strong commercial and business judgment
  • Extensive knowledge of current markets and industry trends
  • Advanced relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated history of sales success
  • Applicants with experience at Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, or other telecommunications companies may be considered
  • Retail store experience alone is not applicable
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites and attend in-person meetings
  • Availability to work in the office at least one day each week
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
