Executive Assistant to CRO and Sales Leadership

Executive Assistant supporting the CRO and Sales leadership at a technology value-added reseller. The role manages calendars, meetings, travel, events, expenses, communications, and operational coordination.

Description

  • Partner with the CRO and Sales leadership on strategic administrative and operational priorities
  • Direct the CRO’s executive calendar through prioritization, scheduling, conflict resolution, and gatekeeping
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership routines, cross-functional initiatives, and sales forums
  • Organize sales meetings and communications, including monthly calls, agendas, content, and follow-up distribution
  • Arrange complex domestic travel and coordinate related team logistics
  • Manage CRO expense processes from submission through review and approval
  • Plan and deliver executive and sales events from start to finish
  • Apply artificial intelligence to improve business processes and operational efficiency
  • Support executive communications and professional social media activity in partnership with Marketing
  • Handle administrative and operational duties such as invoice processing, vacation approvals, performance review coordination, and executive meeting logistics
  • Provide backup support for other administrative functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least six years of administrative experience
  • At least three years supporting executive leadership
  • Sound judgment about when to act independently and when to escalate
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority requests at the same time
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Results-oriented approach
