Executive Assistant, Bangkok (Hybrid) - Aurecon

Support senior stakeholders at Aurecon, an international engineering, design, and advisory company. Manage schedules, travel, communications, and business administration in Bangkok.

Description

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and schedules for multiple stakeholders
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and related administrative details
  • Prepare meeting materials and agendas while tracking follow-up actions
  • Handle communications and correspondence on behalf of stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts to support business priorities
  • Provide administrative assistance with reports, presentations, documentation, and events
  • Provide flexible support as business and stakeholder needs change
  • Adapt the level of support to workload, priorities, and stakeholder requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, communications, human resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • At least five years of experience providing executive, administrative, or business support to senior leaders, directors, or executives in a corporate or professional services setting
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and competing priorities
  • Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment with a flexible and adaptable working style
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Thai
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
