- Process customer orders
- Recommend products to customers
- Manage account inquiries using advanced customer service technology
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and shipping
- Build customer relationships by phone, email, and chat
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Uline solutions
- Guide customers through Uline’s website and online ordering
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication abilities
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Must pass a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- All roles are on-site
