Client Services Manager, Recruiting

Lead recruiting teams and client delivery for Cielo Talent, shaping hiring strategies and using recruiting analytics to support high-volume hiring.

Description

  • Manage recruiter teams across client accounts and deliver strong client service.
  • Build trusted relationships with client contacts, stakeholders, recruiters, and hiring leaders.
  • Set team performance goals, monitor progress, and address gaps through coaching and performance management.
  • Create an inclusive team culture that supports collaboration and learning.
  • Coordinate new client implementations with Cielo teams and client leaders.
  • Develop recruiting analytics, including time to fill, aging, cost per hire, satisfaction, recruiter productivity, and candidate sources.
  • Run programs, events, and campaigns that grow candidate pipelines and advance recruiting plans.
  • Guide strategic hiring, passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing, and adoption of recruiting technology.
  • Join client meetings, report progress and data, and resolve service delivery issues.
  • Support client recruiting processes and coordinate shared delivery resources.
  • Oversee Cielo metric reporting and profit-and-loss responsibilities.
  • Standardize processes, improve operations, and promote consistent delivery.
  • Share effective practices and advance organizational initiatives.
  • Handle other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be based in the United States.
  • Candidates may live in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones and must be able to work Mountain or Central business hours.
  • Proven success in high-volume recruiting is required.
  • Experience leading or managing recruiting teams is preferred.
  • Background in a results-focused talent acquisition or human resources role.
  • Experience coaching colleagues or managing a team.
  • Familiarity with recruiting technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
