Description

  • Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains hardware and software products, primarily at customer locations.
  • Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning, servicing, and minor repairs across an assigned territory.
  • Tests products for proper operation, resolves identified problems, and escalates issues according to established procedures.
  • Coordinates service appointments, completes required documentation, and works with customers to support service satisfaction and product understanding.
  • Uses diagnostic equipment to identify hardware and software failures.
  • Carries out repairs at the component level.
  • Cleans, adjusts, and services mechanical components.
  • Configures and deploys applicable software.
  • Conducts preventive-maintenance inspections and replenishes consumable supplies.
  • Installs, relocates, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products.
  • Trains customers to use and operate installed hardware and software.
  • Contributes to KPI initiatives and supports special projects.

Requirements

  • A relevant education credential or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant field-service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and driving record meeting Diebold Nixdorf fleet requirements.
