Associate Field Service Technician - Ecuador (Remote)
Supports customers by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Diebold Nixdorf banking and retail technology. The role includes preventive maintenance, software configuration, diagnostics, and customer training.
Descriere
- Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains hardware and software products, primarily at customer locations.
- Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning, servicing, and minor repairs across an assigned territory.
- Tests products for proper operation, resolves identified problems, and escalates issues according to established procedures.
- Coordinates service appointments, completes required documentation, and works with customers to support service satisfaction and product understanding.
- Uses diagnostic equipment to identify hardware and software failures.
- Carries out repairs at the component level.
- Cleans, adjusts, and services mechanical components.
- Configures and deploys applicable software.
- Conducts preventive-maintenance inspections and replenishes consumable supplies.
- Installs, relocates, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products.
- Trains customers to use and operate installed hardware and software.
- Contributes to KPI initiatives and supports special projects.
Cerințe
- A relevant education credential or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant field-service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid driver's license and driving record meeting Diebold Nixdorf fleet requirements.
