Accounting Consultant – Milan Hybrid

Description
- Lead onboarding and platform configuration for new accounting-firm clients, including accounting and financial settings
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot client issues
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in your portfolio
- Gather customer feedback and share it with the product and technology teams
- Help design scalable Customer Success processes as the team grows
- Serve as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring a smooth and valuable experience
- Connect the product, technology, and sales teams
- Own the full customer journey while helping improve the product and internal processes
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in an accounting practice, finance, or controlling
- Interest in a role combining Customer Success and Account Management
- Enjoy working with clients and resolving complex problems
- Curious, comfortable with technology, and eager to learn
- Organized, proactive, and focused on achieving results
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies or startups, or familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, or HubSpot, is a plus
- Native-level Italian proficiency is required
- Available to work from the Milan office at least once a week
