- Report to the CEO while leading New Business Sales as NextRoll expands revenue
- Manage a team of approximately 30 sales professionals
- Own new-logo acquisition across mid-market and larger accounts
- Scale the new-business engine across pipeline management, revenue performance, sales productivity, processes, and operating model
- Develop commercial and go-to-market strategy with the CEO and executive team
- Set market segmentation, ideal customer profiles, territories, resource allocation, sales capacity, and planning
- Create and refine the new-business sales motion
- Build a high-performing, multi-solution sales organization through hiring, coaching, and organizational design
- Partner with Customer Success on post-sale transitions, retention, customer value, and expansion
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing on positioning, launches, pipeline generation, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy
- Establish disciplined management of pipeline health, conversion, win rates, quota attainment, productivity, and forecast accuracy
- Present performance, insights, and recommended actions to the executive team
- Set priorities and define measurable impact across the first two quarters
- Advise on the new-business plan, team structure, and compensation plan for 2027 planning
- Represent AdRoll with brand marketers, performance marketers, and agencies
- Provide industry perspective on programmatic advertising, adtech, and AI-driven marketing
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 12 years of relevant sales experience
- At least 6 years of senior leadership experience selling media, programmatic advertising, or adtech to mid-market and larger accounts
- Experience managing annual contract values of $100,000 or more
- Demonstrated success acquiring new logos as both an individual seller and sales leader
- Deep demand-side expertise and a strong understanding of the adtech ecosystem
- Mid-market sales experience with a record of growing new business
- Experience leading and transforming an AI-first sales team
- Ability to identify AI tools for prospecting, research, and administrative tasks and train sellers to use them
- Hands-on leadership experience, including deal coaching and participation in key pitches
- Deep knowledge of brand and performance marketing
- Fluency in the MarTech and RevTech ecosystem
- Experience leading a multilevel sales organization, including managers
- Metrics-driven approach with expertise in pipeline mechanics, conversion rates, and forecasting
