Java Developer
Design and maintain enterprise applications for Stefanini LATAM, contributing across the full SDLC with Spring Boot, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and CI/CD.

- Design, build, test, and maintain applications and systems.
- Own work across the SDLC, from gathering initial requirements and system design through automated deployment and production monitoring.
- Make technology stack decisions and manage technical debt throughout the software lifecycle.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- More than five years of experience developing Java applications using Java 8 or later.
- At least three years of experience with Spring Boot, message brokers such as Kafka, MQSeries/IBM MQ, or ActiveMQ, REST APIs, and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Demonstrated experience owning the SDLC end to end, from initial requirements gathering and system design through automated deployment and production monitoring.
- Experience making high-impact technology stack decisions and managing technical debt throughout the software lifecycle.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control using Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures on Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Strong understanding of security, performance, and scalability best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Preferred: Experience developing and integrating ETL/ELT processes with tools such as SSIS, Apache Airflow, or similar.
- Preferred: Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude in the software development lifecycle.
