- Build expertise in assigned systems and services, including their integrations

- Evaluate system performance and capacity, then provide recommendations
- Coordinate problem investigation and resolution with vendors and manufacturers
- Address customer needs and track issues through resolution
- Support technical teams and customers across project and operational activities
- Contribute to project planning, design, development, testing, and implementation
- Assess business requirements, recommend system changes, prepare technical specifications, and implement approved changes
- Mentor Associate Analysts and serve as a resource for application team members
- Contribute content to the IS Knowledge Repository
- Participate in on-call support to maintain system availability and performance

- At least three years of technical experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- At least three years of experience in the core discipline within healthcare preferred
