Sales Development Representative – Austin, TX (Onsite)
Build qualified pipeline for HID Global’s authentication and identity-management software through inbound and outbound prospecting. Work closely with Marketing while engaging prospects across phone, email, video, social media, and calls.

- Generate qualified sales pipeline through inbound and outbound lead generation
- Coordinate with Marketing on account-based marketing initiatives
- Uncover client pain points and assess their needs
- Communicate product value effectively by phone, email, and video
- Build credibility and trust with prospects in a remote setting
- Use effective tone and pacing to sustain prospect engagement
- Manage and automate sales activities in Salesforce or HubSpot
- Source and contact leads through social media and calling
- Assess prospect readiness, budget, and overall fit
- Build comprehensive knowledge of product features and benefits
- Respond to objections with solutions tailored to client needs
- Organize priorities to support sales objectives
- Stay resilient and motivated when facing setbacks
आवश्यकताएँ
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred
- Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound call-center work is highly valued; two to five years is preferred but not required
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficiency with virtual communication tools
- A demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance targets
- Must currently be legally authorized to live and work in the United States
- Immigration sponsorship is unavailable
- International relocation and remote work arrangements outside the United States will not be considered
