Remote Account Manager – Canada

- Serve as the main day-to-day contact for client accounts.
- Coordinate Sales handoffs and lead internal and client kickoffs.
- Run regular client calls and keep track of client and project health.
- Monitor progress, budgets and timelines with the Project Manager.
- Coordinate influencer, UGC, creative and paid media specialists.
- Spot delivery risks and escalate issues early to help prevent client churn.
- Identify and define opportunities to expand client accounts.
- Track project scope and flag work requests that fall outside the SOW.
- Gather performance insights and help prepare and present QBRs.
- Provide Finance with SOW details and payment schedules.
- Keep account records up to date.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- At least two years of experience in account management, client services or client success, preferably at an agency.
- Experience managing several client accounts and stakeholders at once.
- Working knowledge of influencer marketing, UGC or paid social, with an interest in learning across all services.
- Clear communicator who can navigate difficult client conversations and escalate issues when needed.
- Highly organized and detail-focused, with the ability to keep budgets, timelines and deliverables on track.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to recognize growth opportunities while managing scope.
- Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setting.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working with delivery teams and learning from senior colleagues.
- Experience at an influencer, UGC or performance marketing agency is an advantage.
- Experience defining upsells or writing SOWs is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion or a CRM is an advantage.
