- Review account activity for suspected financial fraud and policy violations
- Protect accounts against potential losses
- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm charge authorization
- Help merchants resolve customer service concerns and suspected fraudulent activity
- Track merchant processing metrics and maintain related records
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Three to five years of relevant work experience, typically
- Ability to interpret technical and administrative guidance, answer recurring questions, and apply established solutions to similar situations
- Experience in loss mitigation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency navigating computers and using software such as Microsoft Office
- Business or computer science certificate from a technical or trade school preferred
- Ability to follow U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and applicable workplace conduct and safety requirements
