आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related STEM discipline, or equivalent education and work experience
- 8–10 years of experience in architecture
- At least 7 additional years of architecture or software engineering experience
- 2 years of experience in technical leadership
- Advanced architecture experience
- Recent, hands-on engineering experience with modern technologies
- Track record of delivering complex, large-scale technology strategies
- Advanced leadership and collaboration skills with architecture and engineering leaders
- Extensive experience working in an agile operating model
- Advanced experience leading transformational change
- Experience defining technology target states and roadmaps tied to business objectives
- Insurance technology experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of value creation and business capability models
- Deep knowledge of the insurance industry
- Advanced ability to identify and assess current and future problems and opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Extensive experience applying sound judgment and making decisions
- Advanced verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Expertise in cloud-native technologies, APIs, AI/ML, and emerging platforms
