- Support three Executive Vice Presidents across P&C, Digital & Transformation, and Strategy & Execution
- Manage executive calendars by scheduling effectively, setting priorities, and optimising executive time
- Arrange and oversee business travel from start to finish
- Monitor meeting actions and commitments from a practical administrative perspective
- Process, track, and document expense submissions
- Coordinate Annual and Mid-Year Reviews
- Organise meetings and gather input from team members
- Provide ad hoc operational and administrative assistance
- Anticipate executive requirements and emerging demands
- Spot issues early and resolve them with minimal guidance
- Continuously improve processes and working practices
