- Own the design and delivery of complex media effectiveness research from initial planning through completion
- Choose appropriate methodologies, create surveys, and define analytical approaches
- Convert client business goals into research frameworks that support media strategy and decision-making
- Turn complex findings into persuasive narratives and practical recommendations
- Guide senior client stakeholders on measurement strategies and campaign learning agendas
- Use cross-platform media measurement expertise spanning brand lift, attribution, digital, CTV, linear, and audience insights
- Maintain the quality, rigor, and consistency of research deliverables
- Develop best practices and raise standards across the team
- Coach and support team members in their professional development
- Work closely with product, data science, and operations teams
- Uncover new research opportunities and support proposals and client development
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 8–12 or more years of hands-on experience in market research or insights, including responsibility for research design, analysis, and client delivery
- Experience on the agency or supplier side is preferred
- Demonstrate strong quantitative research expertise, including survey design, questionnaire development, and analytical interpretation
- Have direct experience measuring media and advertising effectiveness, including brand lift, cross-platform measurement, or audience insights
- Translate complex data into clear, insight-led recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Lead client relationships, influence decisions, and navigate complex engagements effectively
- Show a record of mentoring and developing teams
- Communicate and tell research stories with exceptional clarity
- Prioritize and organize multiple workstreams while maintaining quality
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant area such as marketing, business, social sciences, or analytics
