- Increase customer adoption and advocacy.
- Spot emerging risks before they affect delivery or customer confidence.
- Create and maintain success plans for strategic accounts.
- Take ownership of customer concerns and work with business line teams to improve outcomes.
- Work closely with Business Line Leads, sales, delivery and business line teams.
- Share customer insight, align priorities and present a united team to customers.
- Represent Rowden in complex commercial discussions with customers and industry partners.
- Find opportunities to grow existing customer relationships.
- Support strategic account planning and contribute to account growth.
- Report to the VP of Customer Success.
- Travel frequently within the UK and occasionally overseas.

- Build credibility with senior customers and have experience working closely with senior military personnel.
- Bring strong practical knowledge of how the defence sector operates.
- Have experience in delivery, account management, customer success or a similar senior customer-facing role, ideally in defence, government or a related technical sector.
- Be able to manage complex commercial discussions with customers and industry partners.
- Take a hands-on approach and be comfortable with operational detail.
- Show reliability, ownership and commitment.
- Be curious about technology and willing to learn Rowden’s products.
- Be eligible for SC clearance.
- Desirable: experience with customer success plans, account health measures or similar frameworks.
- Desirable: experience working with or supplying to the UK Ministry of Defence or allied customers.
- Desirable: hold existing security clearance.
