Client Service Coordinator - Exeter (Hybrid)
Coordinate client communications, statutory filings, and compliance administration for Old Mill in a hybrid Exeter role. Manage deadlines, records, systems, and client-service processes within a professional-services environment.

- Serve as a key client contact by providing progress updates and resolving routine queries
- Coordinate client information and deadlines for statutory accounts and tax return submissions
- Meet all Companies House and HMRC filing deadlines
- Oversee Company Secretarial activities and maintain statutory records
- Maintain accurate and current internal systems
- Assist with billing, document handling, and general compliance administration
- Set up clients on systems and portals, offering guidance and troubleshooting support
- Collaborate across the firm to promote consistent client-service processes
- Provide reception cover and manage post and scanning when needed
आवश्यकताएँ
- Previous customer-service experience in a professional environment
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfort using CRMs, document portals, accounting platforms, and other online systems
- Proactive and adaptable approach to managing competing deadlines and shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional manner
