Lead The Home Depot’s rental operations across a Texas region, overseeing fleet performance, maintenance, safety, and customer service. Manage technicians, store relationships, compliance, and regional profitability.

- Improve regional performance and profitability.
- Guide the team toward safety, customer service, and operational goals.
- Oversee regional staffing, equipment upkeep and repairs, rental fleet performance, store and associate relationships, deliveries, and revenue and expense controls.
- Assist the Regional Rental Manager with hiring and training support staff.
- Strengthen ties with districts, stores, and field rental associates to build regional brand awareness.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs to improve fleet readiness and utilization.
- Build a safety-focused workplace through training, positive practices, communication, and sound decisions.
- Ensure inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, deliveries, and new equipment deployments meet operational requirements.
- Keep operations compliant with applicable regulations.
- Ensure technicians complete down-equipment tasks and outstanding inspections.
- Promote sales and customer service practices that support a quality experience for Home Depot Rental customers.
- Report to the Regional Rental Manager and supervise up to 30 direct reports.
- Travel overnight more than half the time.
Talablar
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Have a high school diploma or GED; technical or trade school education is also listed.
- An associate degree or higher is preferred.
- Have at least three years of management experience.
- Demonstrate leadership and the ability to manage team performance.

- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with managers, customers, and peers.
- Interpret financial statements and performance reports.

- Have working knowledge of rental equipment types, uses, features, benefits, and safety considerations.
- Have general knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair, including gas and diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Use Microsoft Office and devices such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, and desktop computers proficiently.
- Hold a valid driver’s license for the state where you live and work.
- Maintain a good driving record.
- Be able to stand and walk daily, drive for extended periods, and work indoors and outdoors in cold, hot, and damp conditions.
- Have close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
