Junior Account Manager – Catholic Parish Outreach (Hybrid)

Support Unbound’s relationships with Catholic parishes across the United States through outreach, consultative account management, and event coordination. This hybrid role focuses on parish engagement, appeals, account growth, and responsive follow-up.

Tavsif

  • Build and strengthen relationships with Catholic parishes throughout the United States
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned Catholic parish accounts
  • Coordinate parish outreach, value-added offerings, and important events
  • Assess parish needs and deliver consistently valuable, high-quality experiences
  • Work with channel leaders to schedule and tailor offerings and meaningful engagement opportunities
  • Build market knowledge, track developing trends, identify opportunities, and resolve account-specific challenges
  • Conduct targeted parish outreach while recording communications and outcomes
  • Use mail, phone, email, and in-person meetings to engage accounts and track activity in relevant systems
  • Establish trust through integrity, transparency, and a commitment to high standards
  • Apply consultative sales methods and tailor offerings to each parish
  • Arrange pastor-led and other appeals involving Unbound representatives
  • Align account plans and tactics with channel leaders, outreach, marketing, and operations teams
  • Resolve issues and provide timely, attentive follow-up
  • Strengthen sales workflows and improve prospecting and outreach methods

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related area, or equivalent relevant experience
  • At least one year of experience in inside sales, customer service, relationship management, or business-to-business marketing
  • Comfort engaging with Roman Catholic parishes, clergy, and parish staff, with respect for Catholic communities, structures, practices, and teachings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for networking, relationship development, and issue resolution
  • Effective time management, rapid response to shifting priorities, and adaptability in a fast-moving workplace
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems, virtual communication and conferencing platforms, and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Spanish communication skills by phone and in writing are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the United States and internationally
  • Ability to travel and represent Unbound at one to three regional or national conferences each year
  • Capacity to occasionally lift, carry, or drag up to 50 pounds when needed
