Tavsif

  • Partner with advisors to provide personalized support to members and clients.
  • Help advisors deliver services and maintain client relationships.
  • Address members’ and clients’ immediate needs with investment, financing, and protection solutions.
  • Maintain member and client satisfaction and service quality in line with organizational standards and procedures.
  • Support business development activities.
  • Assist members and clients with responsive, high-quality service.
  • Prepare offers for routine transactions.
  • Help sell products and services that fit client needs and align with current strategies and practices.
  • Respond to client requests, complete tasks and research, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Help colleagues organize their calendars and manage email.
  • Recommend solutions that address members’ and clients’ needs and expectations.
  • Guide members and clients in choosing and using tools and channels suited to their preferred level of independence and automation.
  • Identify business opportunities and take part in sales development initiatives.

Talablar

  • Attestation of Collegial Studies.
  • At least three years of relevant experience.
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
  • French proficiency is required.
  • Available to travel within the Montérégie region, up to 60 km from home.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Interpersonal savvy.
  • Situational adaptability.
