Talablar

  • Hold an undergraduate university degree in a discipline appropriate to the position’s responsibilities

  • Have completed at least one engagement applying business architecture principles and practices, particularly the BABOK® framework
  • Understand process modeling principles
  • Understand how complex organizations operate and how organizations interact
  • Understand strategic planning principles
  • Understand development methodologies
  • Understand project management principles, including execution phases and deliverables
  • Understand government and organizational enterprise architecture
  • Understand government information resource governance directives, including the Act respecting governance and management of information resources of public bodies and government enterprises and the Policy Framework on the Governance and Management of Information Resources
