Opis

  • Oversee successful customer implementations of Workday solutions.
  • Partner with customer business teams and internal delivery groups to shape practical, commercially viable solutions.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery lifecycle with Sales and capability Solution Architects.
  • Manage a major complex project or several smaller projects.
  • Oversee the commercial delivery of global Workday programmes from pre-sales through implementation and handover to Application Management Services.
  • Serve as the main link between the client and functional and technical teams.
  • Bring functional expertise and strategic insight across HCM, Finance, Payroll or other relevant Workday capabilities.
  • Oversee project plans, resourcing, milestones, commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and support teams comprising colleagues, clients and partners.
  • Set project objectives, outputs, milestones, schedules, contract terms and commercial agreements with clients.
  • Define requirements, business processes, application configurations, testing plans and other delivery materials.
  • Produce accurate project deliverables and present recommendations to client steering groups.
  • Find and pursue opportunities to grow client business, including senior-level negotiations and deal closure.
  • Help operations allocate consultants effectively for commercial performance while considering their development needs and preferences.
  • Spot talent with potential for rapid development within the capability.

Zahteve

  • Experience with Workday delivery methodologies.
  • Commercial experience managing and supporting geographically distributed teams that combine colleagues, client staff and partner resources.
  • Strong commercial management, influencing and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting formally to senior client audiences.
  • An emerging role model at Kainos and within the wider Workday ecosystem.
  • Strong business writing skills, including business cases, requirements documents, tenders, contracts, statements of work and change requests.
  • A record of identifying and pursuing opportunities for additional business.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to build and maintain a network of external contacts.
  • Understanding of risk management and the ability to manage risks.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites within the same region; limited travel outside the region may also be needed.
  • Ability to help operations deploy the consultant pool in a commercially effective way.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, where applicable, are a plus.
  • Experience managing, mentoring and developing teams is a plus.
  • PRINCE2 or a similar certification is a plus.
  • Strong functional expertise in areas such as HR, Finance and Payroll is a plus.
