Opis

  • Care for customers by identifying coverage gaps, available discounts, and renewal increases.
  • Answer incoming calls from policyholders who need to make changes.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of insurance products, carriers, and the Jerry.ai app.
  • Resolve customer questions through effective problem solving.
  • Process service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
  • Share product feedback to help improve the customer experience.

Zahteve

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is helpful but not required.
  • Bring a friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • For full-time hourly employment, currently live in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • A valid property and casualty (P&C) license is requested; Jerry.ai may pay for licensing if you do not already hold one.
