Operate and quality-check Kraken’s AI-powered growth platform, overseeing approvals, agent activity, and product testing. Document bugs, assess outputs, and maintain QA guidance for open-finance products.

Opis

  • Run daily operations and quality assurance for the internal growth platform
  • Regression-test releases, rule updates, edge cases, and existing features
  • Document and track bugs, then confirm fixes, recording reproduction steps, severity, and impact
  • Track platform performance and agent activity
  • Escalate anomalies, ambiguous issues, and potentially risky outputs
  • Manage daily approval queues and make sure each item is reviewed
  • Assess agent outputs against established checklists and standards
  • Spot unclear or inconsistent workflows and report them to the team
  • Create and maintain test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes
  • Work with colleagues in product, engineering, growth, and platform operations

Zahteve

  • Background in QA, testing, operations, support, or analytics, preferably involving a software product or complex system
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A systematic approach to testing, including preparing and following test plans
  • Clear written communication for bug reports and documentation
  • Confidence working with data and dashboards
  • Ability to pick up new tools and systems quickly
  • Regular use of AI tools and curiosity about their limitations
  • Willingness to learn prompt engineering and communicate precisely with AI systems
  • Reliability in following routines and keeping queues clear
  • Experience testing software products or AI and large language model tools is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Jira, Mixpanel, or comparable tools is an advantage
  • Exposure to marketing, CRM, or lifecycle messaging workflows is an advantage
  • Interest in fintech or crypto is an advantage
