Solution Consultant – Germany (Remote)

Advise enterprise customers on Workiva’s AI-powered finance, risk, and sustainability platform. Lead technical sales, integrations, demonstrations, and transformation initiatives.

Descriere

  • Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to define technical requirements for Workiva solutions
  • Assess customer needs through consultative discovery and develop solutions using the Workiva platform
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams to inform product improvements
  • Lead integration and data management discussions for sales opportunities
  • Connect Workiva’s technical capabilities with customer needs throughout the sales process
  • Lead IT discussions about integrating the Workiva platform into customer technology environments
  • Work with Regional Sales Directors and customer-facing teams to clarify customer challenges and requirements
  • Coordinate cross-functional Workiva resources for customer-facing initiatives
  • Design tailored solutions to transform customers’ finance processes
  • Create or customize demonstrations for customers and prospects
  • Manage projects and customer relationships for larger accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to transform finance organizations using the Workiva platform
  • Support territory and pipeline development, engagement planning, qualification gates, and account expansion with Sales
  • Develop and present business cases and proposals that communicate Workiva’s value and return on investment
  • Act as the primary technical partner for enterprise sales opportunities
  • Support joint customer initiatives with designated Workiva business partners
  • Advise enterprise IT, architecture, and business leaders on modern data management, automated workflows, and practical AI capabilities
  • Lead solution discovery and value presentations for Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability offerings
  • Help ensure effective onboarding and long-term customer success with partner and customer support teams
  • Coach and train other team members

Cerințe

  • At least four years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or management consulting, such as Big Four or equivalent experience, with a background in solution consulting, technical sales, or solution delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability and ESG reporting frameworks, including CSRD/ESRS, GRI, ISSB, TCFD, and EU Taxonomy, plus carbon accounting across Scopes 1, 2, and 3 under the GHG Protocol
  • Experience preparing and delivering software presentations and demonstrations or implementing complex software platforms
  • Commercial orientation with the ability to influence customer decisions and support sales strategy
  • Strong leadership capabilities and client-facing consulting experience
  • Ability and willingness to train audiences with varying levels of domain knowledge
  • Effective project and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience working effectively in teams
  • Excellent client presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical subjects in clear, business-focused terms
  • Understanding of corporate finance and accounting processes
  • Ability to advise on modern data strategies, enterprise integrations, and practical AI applications within complex enterprise environments
  • Reliable internet access when working remotely outside a Workiva office
