Senior IT Analyst, Workday HCM Integrations – Saputo Hybrid

Saputo is seeking a senior IT analyst to develop and support Workday HCM integrations for HR and related enterprise systems. The role translates HR needs into technical solutions while supporting teams across Canada and North America.

Descriere

  • Partner with business stakeholders, HCM IT colleagues, and cross-functional teams to deliver HR business and technology solutions
  • Build, support, and maintain Workday HCM integrations with internal and external HR and non-HR platforms, including ADP, WorkforceSoftware, iChris Payroll, and ResourceLink Payroll
  • Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio and .NET (C#) applications
  • Convert business needs into clear functional and technical requirements and specifications
  • Evaluate integration approaches, design solution options, and prepare detailed effort estimates
  • Support the implementation, deployment, and ongoing operation of HR applications, with a focus on Workday integrations
  • Manage the HCM application lifecycle from requirements discovery and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and hypercare
  • Assess integration requirements and issues, then recommend effective solutions
  • Review and document integration alternatives, dependencies, and cross-functional effects
  • Lead structured walkthroughs for IT colleagues and business users
  • Work with analysts, specialists, architects, and software vendors on architecture direction, roadmaps, standards, and governance
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues during regular business hours and, when necessary, outside standard hours
  • Expand functional and technical expertise across Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Learning, Absence, and Canadian and US Payroll
  • Stay current with leading practices for Workday HCM integrations
  • Coordinate with distributed business and IT teams across geographies and time zones

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, engineering, business administration, or an equivalent field
  • Professional experience with Workday HR integrations is required
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, WECI, PECI/PICOF, RaaS, Workday Web Services, REST and SOAP APIs, XML/XSLT, and Document Transformation
  • Experience developing a broad range of Workday HCM integrations
  • Experience contributing to Workday HCM implementation projects
  • At least four years of substantial Workday HCM integration development experience
  • At least five years of Workday HR implementation experience, with strong HR integration expertise and business judgment
  • Understanding of HR processes and their connections to other areas such as Finance and Project Management
  • Experience serving as an Integrations SME on multiple Workday deployments across requirements, solution design, configuration or development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Skill in building productive relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to work effectively with a global team and stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfort operating in a complex, fast-moving project environment with dependencies across workstreams, teams, business units, regions, time zones, and languages
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a practical hands-on working style
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, plus SharePoint
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Spoken French is an asset
  • Experience integrating other HR applications and systems is an asset
  • Project management experience or completion of a recognized project management program is an asset
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate orally and in writing in English and French with colleagues and stakeholders in Québec, elsewhere in Canada, and across North America
