Descriere

  • Mentor and guide a team of data scientists.
  • Manage projects from initial planning through delivery, creating structured and automated solutions.
  • Set data strategy by planning and prioritizing solutions that address business needs.
  • Analyze large, varied datasets and build algorithms and models to solve complex problems.
  • Recommend data science and algorithmic approaches for product initiatives.
  • Present technical concepts and analysis implications to senior leaders, and work across teams to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with management, R&D, Product, and other departments to inform decisions.

Cerințe

  • At least two years of experience leading a team.
  • At least four years of hands-on analytics experience in big data businesses, preferably in a B2C company.
  • A hands-on, curious approach to algorithms, data, and business problems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience querying large, complex datasets.
  • A solid understanding of statistical significance.
  • Practical experience with machine learning algorithms, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Able to learn independently, manage multiple tasks, and work autonomously.
  • Proactive and resourceful in solving problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ad-tech industry familiarity is a plus.
  • Experience implementing real-time machine learning and data mining algorithms in large-scale environments is a plus.
  • Collaborative and enjoyable to work with.
