Descriere

  • Find candidates for active searches through proactive sourcing.
  • Publish vacancies in Rippling and on job boards.
  • Oversee the incoming application pipeline.
  • Assess applications and follow up with department heads and hiring managers.
  • Conduct phone and video screens once hiring managers approve.
  • Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Notify every applicant of hiring decisions, including rejections.
  • Help deliver offers to selected candidates.
  • Coordinate with HR and hiring managers across departments to keep searches on track.

Cerințe

  • At least 3 years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
  • Previous recruiting experience for construction and engineering roles.
  • Ability to source candidates proactively.
  • Experience publishing roles in Rippling and on job boards.
  • Experience managing incoming application pipelines.
  • Experience reviewing applications and following up with department heads and hiring managers.
  • Experience conducting phone and video screens.
  • Experience scheduling interviews.
  • Ability to communicate hiring decisions to applicants, including rejections.
  • Experience supporting offer processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with HR and hiring managers across departments.
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive communication.
  • Excellent spoken English for external-facing work.
  • Interest in a long-term recruiting career and leadership development.
  • Growth mindset and ownership of the hiring process.
  • Rippling and ClickUp experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and pipelines without losing track of tasks.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, BIM, Reality Capture, or prefabrication.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed or other job boards, Microsoft Outlook, Rippling, and ClickUp.
  • Complete the application in English.
  • Provide a CEFR English proficiency rating.
  • Submit an English-language resume using the Coconut VA Profile Template.
  • Provide a link to a one-minute introduction video, preferably recorded with Loom.
  • Available to work full time, 40 hours per week.
  • Available during CST.
