Oracle EBS AP Finance Functional Consultant / Business Analyst - Pune Hybrid

Support Citi’s Oracle EBS Procure-to-Pay finance applications in Pune through production support, configuration, integrations, testing, and complex ERP issue resolution.

Descriere

  • Provide production support for Citi’s third-party Source to Pay technology and Supply Chain functions
  • Track development initiatives, programs, risks, and issues through milestone reporting for technology business heads and senior technology managers
  • Support Oracle ERP implementation, production support, and enhancement projects
  • Resolve complex production functional queries with cross-functional teams within SLAs
  • Conduct root cause analysis for complex production support issues
  • Work with business clients to understand requirements
  • Prepare functional specifications, design documents, and BRDs
  • Configure Oracle systems
  • Create and maintain training materials and procedural documentation
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and resolve UAT issues
  • Resolve production support incidents and service requests
  • Work with Oracle Support through Service Requests to address product bugs and data fixes
  • Provide guidance to vendor support teams
  • Apply ITIL support processes and Oracle financial applications expertise
  • Implement enhancements and change requests for legal and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate stakeholders across delivery, testing support, UAT resolution, and production migration
  • Write complex queries to provide analytical support
  • Maintain relationships with business and internal stakeholders
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes

Cerințe

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with Oracle ERP modules
  • Strong knowledge of the Oracle ERP Procure-to-Pay suite, version R12.1.3 or later, including AP, AR, iSupplier, and Supplier Maintenance
  • Good knowledge of GL, FA, PA, Purchasing, and iProcurement
  • Proficiency with SQL and PL/SQL queries
  • Understanding of Oracle data models and integrations with other modules
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle debugging techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and work products in the Oracle ERP domain
  • Experience working with multiple clients or users in an IT analyst role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and sound business judgment
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze data into precise qualitative outputs
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Strong follow-up, multitasking, leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, flexibility, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships across functions, regions, and management levels
  • Self-motivated approach to managing multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience
