Descriere

  • Resolve user incidents involving ERP, WMS, POS systems, and related integrations
  • Review and route support tickets with complete diagnostic details
  • Test fixes and enhancements, execute test scenarios, and record supporting evidence
  • Help gather requirements and test system improvements with the development team
  • Prepare SOPs and user-facing process documentation
  • Analyze recurring issues, document scenarios, and refer them to the appropriate teams
  • Encourage AI and automation for repetitive operational tasks

Cerințe

  • At least one year of experience in user support or customer-facing service
  • Employees with more than one year at the company may demonstrate these qualifications through experience and skills gained in their current or previous role
  • Familiarity with business platforms such as ERP, POS, WMS, and comparable systems
  • A completed or in-progress bachelor's degree beyond the third semester in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, IT Management, or a related discipline
  • General ERP knowledge is preferred
  • Python development experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with PDCA, Ishikawa, and the 5 Whys is preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices is preferred
  • Knowledge of ITIL and COBIT is preferred
