- Manage disciplinary procedures and related activities
- Support employment litigation in coordination with external consultants and legal counsel
- Advise company managers on employment law matters
- Manage relationships with trade unions, employee representatives, and external organizations
- Assist with drafting labor agreements and managing collective procedures
- Track developments in employment legislation and case law
- Support HR projects with legal and organizational implications
Cerințe
- Law degree
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and labor relations
- Some experience in a law firm, labor consultancy, or company in a comparable role
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to use artificial intelligence to support professional tasks
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a team and perform effectively in dynamic environments
