Growth Marketing Manager, UK and Benelux (Remote)

Lead B2B demand generation and pipeline growth for TELUS Health across the UK and Benelux. Manage campaigns, lead nurturing, conversion programs, and regional events.

Descriere

  • Drive demand generation and pipeline growth across the UK and Benelux.
  • Create and deliver regional growth marketing strategies focused on MQL generation and pipeline development.
  • Manage middle- and lower-funnel marketing, including programs that advance MQLs to SQLs.
  • Build and refine nurture journeys through email, content, and personalized outreach.
  • Develop targeted marketing programs for high-value prospect segments.
  • Partner with Sales to improve lead scoring and MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
  • Plan, deliver, and optimize regional conferences, partner events, and hosted activations.
  • Strengthen partner and stakeholder relationships through co-marketing programs.
  • Create integrated event strategies connected to measurable business outcomes and pipeline impact.
  • Run coordinated campaigns across paid media, content marketing, and email automation.
  • Support global awareness initiatives through social media, thought leadership, and paid campaigns.
  • Improve the transition from initial awareness through engagement and lead nurturing.
  • Evaluate campaign results and refine targeting, channel allocation, messaging, and spend.
  • Test and iterate campaign activity to increase conversion and pipeline contribution.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other cross-functional teams.

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or field marketing, preferably in high-growth organizations.
  • Proven success delivering pipeline-oriented campaigns across ABM, digital, and event marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with lead nurturing and conversion optimization, particularly moving MQLs through to SQLs.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience contributing to top-of-funnel awareness programs across social and digital channels.
  • Data-led approach to evaluating campaign performance and improving lead progression.
  • Pragmatic and adaptable approach when processes and structures are still developing.
  • Ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and establish trust across teams.
  • Strong project delivery and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage campaigns from planning through execution while aligning stakeholder expectations.
  • Understanding of the UK and Republic of Ireland business environment and regional marketing trends.
  • Event or project management experience is advantageous.
  • Benelux market knowledge or Dutch language capability is advantageous.
