Descriere

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise data platforms and AI/LLM products.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to uncover needs and translate workflows into scalable data and AI solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable US healthcare standards and regulations across data and AI products.
  • Architect and direct generative AI applications, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agent workflows.
  • Create orchestration architectures with frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Assess and integrate foundation models including Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, and open-source options.
  • Develop safeguards for content safety, hallucination detection, and prompt-injection protection.
  • Lead data architecture across Databricks and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Oversee scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and healthcare integrations using FHIR, HL7, and EHR data.
  • Improve lakehouse performance, query response times, and storage efficiency in partnership with data engineering teams.
  • Define enterprise Data and AI Governance practices covering lineage, cataloging, access controls, and model explainability.
  • Build and expand AIOps and MLOps capabilities for monitoring, prompt logging, drift detection, model evaluation, and cost control.
  • Work with Information Security and Regulatory teams to support compliance requirements.
  • Prototype, develop, and scale AI-first products with product, data, and engineering partners.
  • Engage with clients periodically and explain complex technical topics to business leaders.

Cerințe

  • At least 15 years of professional experience.
  • Advanced hands-on expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of frontier models such as GPT-4, Claude, and LLaMA.
  • Experience with orchestration tools including CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, or the OpenAI SDK.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Track record of taking enterprise data platforms and AI/LLM products from concept through production.
  • Experience applying US healthcare standards and regulations, including HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, and PHI/PII controls.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Direct experience using advanced foundation models, including Anthropic Claude and GPT-4, through APIs or cloud deployments.
  • Strong understanding of AI guardrails, including NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails, Llama Guard, Guardrails AI, or custom validation pipelines.
  • Experience operationalizing AI systems through monitoring, RAGAS or TruLens evaluation, observability, and prompt versioning.
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7 is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Azure AI Search, and Databricks Vector Search is preferred.
  • Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Databricks Certified Data Engineer or Machine Learning Professional, or Scrum Product Owner are preferred.
