Descriere

  • Create and combine workflows using the AiVA orchestration canvas
  • Extend the catalogue with custom skills when capability gaps remain
  • Develop prompts, workflows, tool integrations, and evaluation harnesses
  • Build, test, demonstrate, and improve skills during initial deployment
  • Add observability and measurement for skill evaluation and ongoing quality
  • Create guardrails and safety patterns for client testing and production use
  • Account for skill quality, correctness, evaluation coverage, integration behavior, and deployment readiness
  • Present custom skills and workflows to the change board for approval
  • Contribute as a dedicated member of the multidisciplinary delivery team throughout implementation
  • Collaborate with the Technical Lead on architecture and build execution
  • Clarify requirements with the Business Analyst and learn domain processes from the Operations SME
  • Demonstrate functioning skills to senior operational and technical client stakeholders
  • Coordinate with the Integration Engineer on data pipelines, upstream systems, and deployment infrastructure
  • Advise on scope, value, feasibility, timelines, and platform constraints
  • Build advanced AiVA expertise and help improve platform tooling
  • Exchange knowledge with the AI Workflow Engineer community
  • Add reusable patterns, prompt templates, and evaluation frameworks to the platform library
  • Coach newer AI Workflow Engineers
  • Meet client requirements for data protection, security, and AiVA governance

Cerințe

  • At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, applied AI or machine learning, or automation platform development
  • Experience delivering production-quality AI applications with prompt engineering, tool integration, and evaluation
  • Familiarity with modern LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms
  • Ability to quickly develop strong working knowledge of the AiVA platform
  • Client-facing or client-adjacent delivery experience is preferred
  • Confidence presenting technical work to senior audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Comfort working across geographies and time zones with US, UK, and EMEA clients
  • An operational or process-focused background is highly desirable
  • Experience working within, alongside, or embedded in an operational team
  • Understanding of how workflows operate and where they can fail
  • Process-oriented approach to exceptions, handoffs, and human-in-the-loop patterns
  • Ability to model workflows as they are actually performed
  • Comfort working across US, UK, and India and across legal and professional services sectors
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening
  • Ability to work in a client-facing, high-pressure environment
