Revenue Operations Support Analyst

Support Kojo’s revenue operations by managing Salesforce quotes, orders, and DocuSign workflows. Keep commercial records accurate and help improve RevOps processes.

Apraksts

  • Prepare tailored quotes and order forms covering complex contract terms, amendments, and credits.
  • Create and update opportunities, quotes, order forms, and DocuSign envelopes.
  • Troubleshoot quote and DocuSign problems involving synchronization, deal details, pricing, signatures, and Closed Won errors.
  • Track approval status and confirm required deal approvals before agreements are sent.
  • Manage account ownership and routing updates, credits, duplicate record merges, Salesforce field and access issues, renewal discrepancies, cancellations, and RevOps tool questions.
  • Review incoming requests, solve issues, escalate Salesforce work as needed, and update requesters.
  • Check Salesforce dates, amounts, products, and credits against signed agreements.
  • Confirm required renewal opportunities are in place and maintain clean data for cancellations and amendments.
  • Spot recurring request patterns and define needs for templates, fields, validation rules, flows, or self-service documentation.
  • Work with the Revenue Operations Coordinator, sales representatives, Customer Success Managers, and customers.

Prasības

  • At least two years in revenue operations, deal desk, sales operations, order management, or Salesforce support at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Practical Salesforce experience with the Opportunity, Quote, and Product data model.
  • Comfort using Salesforce reports, list views, and bulk updates.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce fields, picklists, validation rules, page layouts, and simple flows.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using DocuSign templates, merge fields and tabs, routing, reminders, and expiration settings.
  • Experience calculating contract prorations, co-terms, day counts, split payment schedules, and multi-year totals.
  • Ability to make precise edits to order forms in Word.
  • Accurate written English and spoken English sufficient for daily team working sessions.
  • Based in Latin America.
  • Able to overlap with US Central time for at least four hours each day.
  • Flexible availability during the final week of each quarter.
