Prasības

  • High school diploma or equivalent credential.
  • Comfort with basic computer applications.
  • Ability to learn unfamiliar software quickly.
  • Strong listening skills and clear verbal communication.
  • Availability for a variable Monday-to-Friday schedule between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
  • One year of customer service or call center experience is preferred.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are preferred.
