  • Design and validate custom AI localization workflows for pre-sales and customer expansion.
  • Lead technical onboarding and deployment of XTM AI features.
  • Connect AI features to client content management systems and data pipelines through APIs.
  • Establish customer value baselines using measures such as translation memory leverage, machine translation edit distance, cost per word, and turnaround time.
  • Assess existing localization systems and design automated, AI-first workflows in XTM.
  • Apply AI matching, automated tagging, and large language model capabilities.
  • Guide enterprise localization teams through operational changes for AI-assisted translation.
  • Track feature adoption after onboarding and find ways to improve models, prompts, and customer return on investment.
  • Share customer feedback and real-world edge cases with XTM’s Product and R&D teams.
  • Work as an individual contributor without direct people-management duties.

Prasības

  • A strong, self-directed interest in artificial intelligence.
  • Understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and neural machine translation.
  • A record of independently exploring new AI tools, models, and frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and XML.
  • Proficiency in Python or a similar scripting language.
  • Ability to work with localization data formats such as TMX and XLIFF.
  • Ability to automate tasks or analyze performance data.
  • Familiarity with translation management systems, computer-assisted translation tools, or modern localization workflows is preferred.
  • Ability to explain complex AI architecture to engineering teams and communicate business return on investment to senior executives.
  • Creative technical problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and accelerate deal progress.
