Apraksts

  • Develop an automated evaluation system that scores each new model and blocks releases when regressions appear.
  • Automate and version data generation and model training pipelines.
  • Establish experiment tracking and maintain a model registry.
  • Package and deploy models to the desktop drafting application and automated pipeline, enabling separate rollouts and rollbacks.
  • Run LLM-based agents in production, tracking prompt and model versions, costs, and latency.
  • Monitor production model quality, drift, and cost.
  • Manage GPU computing resources and machine learning CI/CD.

Prasības

  • At least four years of experience in MLOps, ML platforms, or ML-focused software engineering, including taking models to production.
  • Strong Python skills.
  • Ability to work with C++ codebases.
  • Experience with PyTorch training workflows and ONNX export.
  • Experience with experiment tracking, model registries, and data versioning tools such as MLflow, W&B, or DVC.
  • Experience with Docker, workflow orchestration, and CI/CD.
  • Experience with AWS and Linux GPU environments.
  • Ability to independently own a platform within a small research team.
