Apraksts

  • Lead complex, multidisciplinary mining contracts.
  • Integrate technical, contractual, financial, risk and safety management with client relations.
  • Oversee all aspects of project administration.
  • Meet performance goals agreed with the Project Director and fulfil client and GHD expectations.
  • Deliver committed scope on time and to the required quality, within schedule and budget.
  • Lead multidisciplinary technical teams in demanding mining environments.
  • Coordinate technical disciplines, engineering, operations, suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement execution plans and methods, including deliverables and resourcing strategies.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, efficiency, quality, risks, service orders, invoicing and contractual closeout.

Prasības

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline relevant to engineering and mining projects.
  • At least 15 years of total professional experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Project Director or in an equivalent role on multidisciplinary mining contracts.
  • Experience leading projects through one or more stages: studies, conceptual engineering, pre-feasibility, feasibility, and basic or detailed engineering.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training is preferred.
  • Experience directing engineering contracts or mining services involving multiple technical disciplines.
  • Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, efficiency, quality, risks, service orders, invoicing and contractual closeout.
  • Direct experience with mining clients and knowledge of their governance, safety and project control processes.
  • Experience managing interfaces among engineering, operations, suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement execution plans and methods, including deliverables and resourcing strategies.
  • Strong leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Client and results focus, with attention to safety, schedule, cost, quality and satisfaction.
  • Intermediate English.
