  • Lead regulatory risk and compliance solution delivery within the Risk and Compliance practice
  • Direct large projects and help teams navigate complex challenges
  • Oversee Appian solution design and delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Recommend process improvements and keep stakeholders informed of progress
  • Lead Appian development workstreams for regulatory risk and compliance initiatives across managed services engagements
  • Build and configure Appian solutions for compliance workflows, case management, and reporting
  • Turn regulatory requirements into scalable process automation and application features
  • Guide teams through solution design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Work with client stakeholders to gather requirements, confirm priorities, and align delivery with compliance goals
  • Find process gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities to improve workflows
  • Review technical plans, coordinate dependencies, and resolve issues that slow project delivery
  • Coach team members in Appian development practices, code quality, and disciplined delivery
  • Incorporate compliance, governance, and risk monitoring capabilities into platform designs
  • Update senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and solution impacts
  • Set up Interactions Hub integrations with systems such as SAP, DocuSign or Adobe Sign, Okta, and PeopleSoft
  • Check results, apply feedback, and improve delivery approaches

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree at minimum, such as a B.Tech or BE
  • 12–15 years of experience
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Expertise with Appian objects, including Data Store, Data Type, Record Type, Process Model, Process Report, Interface, Report, Site, Portal, Constant, Decision, Expression Rule, Translation Set, Connected System, Integration, Web API, Group, and Group Type
  • Proficiency in SAIL form and process design, SQL and stored procedures or SQL databases, object-oriented programming, and Service Backed Records
  • Proficiency with Appian UX guidelines and plug-ins, including rules engines
  • Appian Level 3 Certification
  • Ability to configure Interactions Hub from user stories and business and functional requirements
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities
  • Strong client-facing capabilities
