  • Understand clients’ technical and business needs through consultation.
  • Recommend technical strategies that support long-term organizational goals.
  • Lead the creation of technical solutions, design documents, system architectures, integration frameworks, and testing protocols.
  • Manage technical implementations and integrations from planning through deployment.
  • Create tailored approaches to address client challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop methods for technical implementation and service delivery.
  • Document technical solutions and workflows to support maintenance, future development, and knowledge sharing.
  • Share best practices, technical insights, and repeatable processes.
  • Manage configurations and version control while maintaining technical quality, accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Assess system performance and health indicators, and address potential issues proactively.
  • Work with executive stakeholders, product development, and cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose critical, complex technical issues.

Prasības

  • 5–12 years of experience in healthcare.
  • Experience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS).
  • Experience with HL7 and DICOM standards or environments.
  • Experience with VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, and AWS is highly advantageous.
  • Advanced experience in technical consulting, solution design, system architecture, and integration frameworks.
  • Ability to produce detailed design documentation and comprehensive testing protocols.
  • Experience delivering technical implementations and integrations from start to finish.
  • Ability to analyze business, technical, and clinical requirements.
  • Knowledge of configuration management, version control, system performance metrics, and health indicators.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to prepare and present technical presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders, product development, and cross-functional leadership teams.

Priekšrocības

  • Office-based teams work in person at least three days per week.
  • Onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities.
  • Field roles are generally performed at customer or supplier locations outside the company’s main facilities.
