  • Lead Appian architecture, technical design, development standards, reviews, and delivery governance.
  • Oversee Appian workstreams for compliance-focused client solutions.
  • Manage engagement plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Guide teams through configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Turn regulatory requirements into workflow designs, data models, and application logic.
  • Build Appian interfaces, process models, integrations, and reports for case handling and monitoring.
  • Review designs and code for architectural fit and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate issue resolution, risk tracking, and updates with client and internal stakeholders.
  • Coach junior colleagues and strengthen delivery skills through feedback.
  • Find ways to streamline compliance operations with automation, analytics, and digital tools.
  • Support governance, documentation, and controls for regulated processes and managed services.
  • Lead application health checks, assess technical risks, and drive remediation.
  • Design and review Appian Records, including Record Types, relationships, security, and Record Events.
  • Lead Agile and Scrum delivery, from estimation and sprint planning to dependencies, releases, and stakeholder reporting.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree, such as a B.Tech or BE.
  • 10–12 years of professional experience.
  • At least 7 years working with Appian, including leading solution design and delivery teams.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Appian Level 3 (Lead Developer) certification.
  • Ability to configure Interactions Hub for integrations with other systems; SAP, DocuSign or Adobe Sign, SSO tools such as Okta, and PeopleSoft are preferred.
  • Experience leading Appian delivery for compliance-focused client work.
  • Experience translating regulatory workflows into Appian applications.
  • Experience managing teams through planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Experience coaching team members on system design and delivery decisions.
  • Knowledge of compliance, governance, and risk monitoring.
  • Experience with AI, data analysis, and digital tools.
  • Experience designing, developing or configuring, and testing Appian integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Appian UX guidelines, plug-ins, rules engines, platform security, performance optimization, and reusable design patterns.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAIL interface design, process models, records, data fabrics, integrations, SQL databases, stored procedures, object-oriented programming, and service-backed records.
  • Ability to own Interactions Hub configuration and enhancements based on business and functional requirements.
