Apraksts

  • Review and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests according to company policies.
  • Match purchase orders, invoices, and payment vouchers to confirm accurate and complete transactions.
  • Keep accounts payable records and supporting documentation organized and current.
  • Help reconcile vendor statements and investigate payment discrepancies.
  • Assist with accounts payable tasks during month-end and year-end close.
  • Respond professionally to payment questions from vendors and internal teams.
  • Perform data entry and help maintain the accounts payable system.
  • Support process improvements and adherence to company financial controls.

Prasības

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • An associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals and accounts payable procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to manage competing tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accounting or finance internship or work experience is helpful but not required.
