  • Set a product vision and prioritize the roadmap for procurement and tendering software
  • Connect the full procurement journey, from needs assessment and tendering to contract award
  • Review products and processes, remove duplication, and consolidate features
  • Find practical AI applications for tender documents, evaluation, research, needs analysis, and automation
  • Lead AI initiatives from initial concept through release
  • Stay in regular contact with procurement authorities, tendering teams, bidders, and internal specialists
  • Turn real procurement workflows into clear product requirements
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Legal
  • Write actionable requirements and set priorities
  • Help take releases through production deployment
  • Set success measures for efficiency, cost, and user satisfaction
  • Use data to guide product decisions

Prasības

  • Several years of product management experience with B2B or public-sector software, ideally in a regulated field
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, or the ability to quickly build a thorough understanding of complex regulations
  • Experience with AI or LLM-powered products, or a strong interest in applying AI effectively and pragmatically
  • Ability to simplify complexity and explain prioritization decisions clearly
  • Organized, independent working style and readiness to take broad responsibility in a small team
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Good English skills for technical collaboration
