Senior Recruiter, Architecture, Engineering and Construction

Lead full-cycle recruiting for AECOM’s West Region across architecture, engineering, and construction. Partner with hiring managers and candidates to shape recruitment strategies and deliver a positive hiring experience.

Aprašymas

  • Recruit talent across AECOM’s West Region business lines.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, from search strategy and sourcing through screening, interviews, offers, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy, timelines, coaching, best practices, and sourcing trends.
  • Develop and carry out recruitment strategies with decision makers.
  • Build passive candidate networks through outreach to industry experts and professional associations.
  • Maintain relationships and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep everyone involved in hiring informed and up to date.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience for both selected and non-selected applicants.
  • Handle other assigned duties.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with architecture, engineering, or construction firms, or equivalent education and experience.
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience with architecture, engineering, or construction firms is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for roles in mining, environmental work, environmental permitting and planning, engineering, or engineering project management is preferred.
  • Experience in a large multinational, matrixed organization is preferred.
  • Experience using Workday, SmartRecruiters ATS, and HireEZ is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed virtual teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to adjust recruiting direction and priorities as critical needs change.
  • Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make cold calls.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; AECOM cannot sponsor US work authorization now or in the future.
